A Timeless Gulf-Front Retreat on Siesta Key

There are beach houses, and then there are places that become part of your family's story.

Five Bedrooms.

Twelve Guests.

Fifty Steps to the Sand.

A historic Siesta Key beachfront home with a detached guest cottage, for the people who like their own kitchen and their own front door.

A bright, white kitchen with white cabinets and countertops. There is a window above the sink with natural light and greenery outside. The counter has a bowl of apples, a wooden cutting board, and some glasses. A vertical wooden sign with red letters reading "FRESH DAILY" is on the right side of the image.

Life at Point of Rocks

YOUR OWN STRETCH OF SIESTA KEY BEACH

Mornings here start slow. Coffee on the balcony, a walk down the beach before anyone else is out, snorkel gear by the door if the water looks right. Evenings end the same way they have for twenty years, with everyone drifting toward the sand around sunset.

Just south of Crescent Beach, the sand gets quieter, and the snorkeling gets better.

With private access off the back lawn, the beach is a walk across the grass instead of a hunt for parking.
